Our essential package, the most popular, includes a little bit more financial reporting than a basic one, through the year. This keeps the owner abreast of what the business is doing, so improvements and corrections can be made quickly. The management package is for those businesses who are growing (or want to grow faster), and who want monthly control over their numbers. They probably have some business skill in house, but need monthly financial reporting to help them correct errors fast, and measure the results. So there is something for everyone. In terms of results,what you can expect from the different packages, the graphic below summarises the outcomes.   Here we can identify that micro-businesses or those that have low potential, or uncertainty, and who may want to keep their fees down because the added value sevices is not appropriate right now. The central package will have a well-run business behind them, with regular reporting making sure they stay on track at least every quarter.
